References to "matchita", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean MATCHITA LTD.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to orders placed through matchita.com by consumers.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any other terms or policies expressly referred to during checkout, including our Shipping & Returns Policy and, where applicable, our Subscription Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, quantities and other information displayed on matchita.com are accurate.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
Product availability may change without notice.
For food and food supplement products, please read the ingredients, allergen information, directions for use and warnings provided on the relevant product page and product packaging before use.
Information provided on matchita.com is for general information purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market.
Where applicable, prices include VAT or other sales taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any delivery charges or other applicable costs will be shown before you place your order.
The final total payable will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
5. Placing an order
To place an order, you:

select the products you wish to purchase;

add them to your cart;

review your cart;

proceed to checkout;

provide the required delivery and payment information;

review the order and correct any errors; and

submit the order using the payment button shown at checkout.
The checkout will clearly indicate when submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.
After you place an order, we will send you an electronic confirmation.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally when the order is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched.
If we cannot accept your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information.
We do not charge additional fees for a payment method unless such a fee is permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed before purchase.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions displayed on matchita.com.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are shown at checkout or in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, receives physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive a refund depend on your location and the type and condition of the product purchased.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation applies, nothing in these Terms limits that right.
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return where permitted by law, including, where applicable, products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
9. Subscriptions
Some matchita products may be available as recurring subscriptions.
Before starting a subscription, we will display the recurring price, billing frequency and other material subscription conditions.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency selected during purchase until cancelled in accordance with the applicable Subscription Terms.
Our Subscription Terms form part of the contract for all subscription purchases.
Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotion where it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the stated conditions.
Nothing in this section permits us to withdraw a promotion or change its terms after a customer has already acquired a legal entitlement to it.
11. Our responsibility
We are responsible for providing products that comply with the contract and with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable law.
The Terms applicable to an individual order are the Terms in effect when that order is placed.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively alter an order that has already been accepted.
14. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable local law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you may have to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
